Do I have to become a Sales Affiliate to buy Lexli products?
Not at all. You can purchase any Lexli product as a Retail Customer with no obligations, no autoship requirements, and no pressure to join anything. The Sales Affiliate program is always optional.
What is autoship and can I cancel?
Autoship schedules recurring deliveries so you never run out. You can modify, pause, or cancel at any time — no penalties or lock-in periods. Manage everything from your customer portal.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all product purchases. Contact our support team within 30 days of your order date for a full refund.
Sales Affiliate Program
How is Lexli Direct different from a typical MLM?
Lexli Direct pays commissions only on product sales — never on recruiting. There are no signing bonuses, no headcount quotas, and no incentive to recruit people who won't buy products. Our compensation engine is fully rules-based with no subjective decisions.
When can I become a Sales Affiliate?
After 30 days as a Retail Customer, your account becomes Affiliate Eligible. You then choose whether to activate — activation requires completing identity verification, setting up MFA, and accepting the Affiliate Agreement. It is always optional.
What is the difference between a sponsor and a referrer?
A referrer is anyone — customer or affiliate — who introduces a new customer to Lexli and may earn a one-time referral bonus. A sponsor is a Sales Affiliate who formally enrolls and sponsors a new account into the matrix commission structure. These are tracked separately.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions mature after a 30-day refund window and are paid on the 10th and 25th of each month. The minimum payout threshold is $25 — balances below that carry forward. Payment methods include ACH (primary), PayPal, and Venmo.
What are qualification levels?
You qualify for commission levels by sponsoring active customers. Level 1 requires 1 active customer, Level 2 requires 2, up to Level 5 which requires 5. If you have $100 or more in personal purchases during the month, the requirement is reduced by 1 (with a minimum of 1 customer always required).
Wholesale
Who qualifies for a wholesale account?
Salons, spas, medical / aesthetic clinics, estheticians, and other approved business accounts may apply for wholesale pricing. Applications are reviewed by our team.
Can a wholesale account also earn commissions?
No. Wholesale accounts purchase at wholesale pricing but are never commission eligible while operating as wholesale accounts. They do, however, generate commissionable volume for the Sales Affiliates in their upline.
Income disclosure
Lexli Direct is a product-first direct sales company. Commissions are paid only on product sales and approved commissionable volume. No commissions are paid for recruiting. Individual results vary significantly and depend on your own effort, skill, time invested, and the purchasing activity of customers in your organization.
